What does the region mean?

Some keys can only be redeemed in certain countries. If a region is listed, the key is valid there only.

How do I redeem the key?

On the platform listed on the product: Steam, Xbox, PlayStation and so on. The steps are in the email.

Can I withdraw from the purchase?

For digital content the right of withdrawal ends once you agree to immediate delivery at checkout and the key has been delivered. The full notice is under “Withdrawal”.
