Delivery

We sell exclusively digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, for example product keys, access credentials or download links. There are therefore no shipping costs.

After receipt of payment, the content is provided by email to the address you give during checkout, usually within 24 hours. If a different delivery time applies to a product, it is stated in the product description.

We deliver to consumers in all member states of the European Union. Any regional restrictions of a product (e.g. region lock) are stated in the product description.

Payment

All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT.

Payments are processed by the payment service provider Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, D02 H210, Ireland). The available payment methods are shown during checkout. The content is provided as soon as the payment has been confirmed.

With Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal you can also pay via express checkout directly on the product page. Which of these payment methods appear depends on your device and browser: Apple Pay, for example, is only available in Safari on Apple devices with a configured wallet.
